went for a 5 mile run at 6:00 am .

it is nice to run when it is quiet so calm.

i get ot of the house to think and to kill.

today i was free i went for a long 5 mile walk to clear my head. i was free it was quite relaxing.

you dont nothing when you just walk you feel nothink.

doday i went out for a walk and i saw some crows attacking a dead rat. that got me thinking about death so now i am happy

to day i felt different i just wanted to kill some one so i went out for a ride and i was free so now i am dead inside
